Sentinel isn't management software bolted on top of a service business. It IS the service business — the operating system that holds operators, equipment, services, certificates, customers, payments, and brand assets in one place, across every country, for every audience.
Two brands, one engine
CleanMyBed (the service) and Peace of Sleep (the assurance brand) run on the same platform. One licence inherits both, with no integration work.
Multi-country by design
Every country runs in its own isolated tenant — separate database, separate currency, separate tax model, full row-level security. Adding a country is configuration, not a rebuild.
A live audit trail, not promises
Every service, certificate, payment, and operator action is logged with signature, timestamp, and verifier. The audit chain is the product — not a feature added later.

Is Sentinel available as standalone software?
No. Sentinel is exclusively available to CleanMyBed and Peace of Sleep licensees, operators, and property managers. It's the operating system of the network, not a separate product.
How is country isolation implemented?
Each country runs in its own Supabase project — its own database, its own keys, its own row-level security policies. There's no cross-country data leakage by design. New countries get a fresh project with the baseline schema applied, not a tenant flag in a shared database.
What devices does Sentinel support?
Cloud platform, accessible via any browser on desktop, tablet, or phone. Operators primarily use the mobile interface in the field. Managers and licensees typically work from desktop dashboards. Property managers use the Charter Suite from any device.
Is the audit trail really verifiable?
Yes — and it's public. Every Peace of Sleep certificate has a verifiable URL backed by signed service logs in Sentinel. Open the House Harrod demo verify page and drill into any service entry to see the chain.
How is data security handled?
Enterprise-grade security throughout — encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security on every table, role-based access control via custom JWT claims, regular security review, and full audit logging of every mutation across the platform.
Can Sentinel integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. The platform already integrates with the major payment, accounting, marketing, and communication systems a hospitality operator needs. Additional integrations can be added per country licensee where the business case warrants.
