Operating System

Three audiences. One standard.

CleanMyBed training is one standard taught three ways. Accredited operators learn the science and the machine. Country ambassadors learn the platform and the proposal. Property staff learn the Peace of Sleep promise and how to carry it into the guest room.

Why Training Matters

More Than Just Technique

Anyone can push a machine. CleanMyBed™ operators understand the science, master the technique, and deliver results that guests notice and properties rely on.

Consistent Quality

Standardised training ensures every operator delivers the same high-quality service, everywhere in the network.

Safety First

Operators learn proper equipment handling, safety protocols, and professional conduct from the start.

Credibility

Certified operators can demonstrate their qualifications to properties and guests with verified credentials.

Three Audiences

Same Standard, Different Roles

Every CleanMyBed deployment touches three groups. Each one is trained against the same core standard, but on the part of the job they actually do.

Operator

The accredited technician

Hands on the equipment, eyes on the mattress, signature on the clinical certificate. The full programme below — four modules, theory plus workshop, annual recertification.

  • Allergen science and dust-mite biology
  • Equipment operation and maintenance
  • Site preparation, treatment, sign-off
  • Sentinel platform and compliance
Ambassador

The country licensee

Runs a territory, owns the pipeline, signs proposals. Trained on the commercial side of the system — Charter Suite, proposal flow, compliance matrix, operator coordination — so they can run the country without translating from English-language US SaaS habits.

  • Charter Suite and property onboarding
  • Proposal flow and tier framing
  • Service scheduling and compliance
  • Reporting, payouts, and territory P&L
Property Staff

The Peace of Sleep promise carriers

Housekeepers, duty managers, front-of-house. The people guests actually see and ask. A short, focused course in the Peace of Sleep brand so the certificate on the wall is matched by the answer at the door.

  • What the Peace of Sleep promise is — and isn't
  • How to talk about it to a guest
  • What the QR code on the charter does
  • How to log issues so the next service catches them

Property Staff Training

The Peace of Sleep Course

A short, focused course for the staff a property already has on payroll. Delivered in the Peace of Sleep brand — so housekeepers and front-of-house experience it as their property's standard, not a third-party system. The certificate on the wall and the answer at the door tell the same story.

What it covers

  • What the Peace of Sleep promise actually means
  • How to talk about it to a guest in one sentence
  • What the certificate, the charter and the QR are for
  • How to flag an issue so the next service catches it
  • Tier-specific guest scripts (Refined / Distinguished / Sovereign)

How it's delivered

  • Self-paced, on any device the staff member already uses
  • Progress tracked per staff member, visible to the duty manager
  • Branded as Peace of Sleep, not as a back-office tool
  • Short modules — designed to fit between turnovers
  • Re-runnable when new staff start, with no extra licence fee

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does training take?

The complete training programme typically takes 2-3 days, including online modules and practical workshop. Online learning can be completed at your own pace before attending the hands-on session.

Do I need prior experience?

No prior experience in mattress cleaning or hygiene services is required. Our training is designed to take complete beginners through to certified professionals. A customer service mindset and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Where are training workshops held?

Practical workshops are held at regional training centres or can be arranged at licensee locations. Contact us for upcoming training dates and locations in your area.

What if I fail the assessment?

Trainees who don't pass on their first attempt receive additional coaching and can retake assessments. Our goal is to ensure every operator is confident and competent before they start serving customers.

Is training included in the operator package?

Yes. Initial training is included when you join as a CleanMyBed operator. Ongoing refresher training and new equipment training are also provided as part of your ongoing relationship with the network.

What about ambassadors — how are licensees trained?

Country ambassadors get a separate programme covering Charter Suite, proposal flow, compliance matrix, scheduling, and territory reporting. Most of it is platform training — sitting in front of Sentinel with a real sandbox — rather than equipment training. The aim is that on day one of their licence they can run a proposal, onboard a property and read their own P&L without help.

Is property-staff training charged per head?

No. The Peace of Sleep course sits inside the property's subscription. Run it for every housekeeper, every duty manager, every new starter — no extra licence fee. Progress is tracked so the duty manager knows who is ready to answer guest questions and who still has a module to finish.
