How is a Regional Partnership different from a country licence?
A country licence (Master Licence) grants exclusive rights to an entire nation. A Regional Partnership grants exclusive rights to a defined region within South Africa, where CleanMyBed already operates as Master Licensee. You benefit from an established national brand and existing infrastructure.
What does "exclusive regional rights" mean?
You are the only authorised operator of CleanMyBed and Peace of Sleep within your defined region. No other Regional Partner or Territory Owner can operate in your area. The boundary is agreed before signing and documented in your partnership agreement.
Can I appoint Territory Owners in my region?
Yes. As Regional Partner, you can sub-licence territories within your region to Territory Owners. This creates an additional income stream through sub-licence fees and ongoing revenue share from their operations. Alternatively, you can operate all territories with your own Service Ambassador teams.
What revenue do I earn?
You earn from multiple streams: direct service revenue from your own teams, revenue share from Territory Owner operations, sub-licence sale income, and B2B contract revenue. The financial calculator on each region's prospectus page shows the detailed breakdown.
What training and support do I receive?
You receive founder-led onboarding covering operations, sales, service delivery, and the Sentinel platform. Ongoing support includes platform updates, national marketing, R&D innovation, and strategic guidance. You also have access to the established South African operational playbook.
