The Quiet Standard of Trust

Peace of Sleep — the guest-facing
assurance brand, fully built.

A voluntary hospitality standard, expressed through certification, with a built property-side platform behind it. Every certified property holds a Charter Suite, a brand toolkit, certificate customisation, staff training shares, and a public verification page — all running on the same operating system that powers CleanMyBed.

What it is

A standard, not a slogan.

Peace of Sleep is a verified hygiene standard for properties that take their guests' sleep environment seriously. It isn't a marketing badge or a cleaning product. It's a recognised commitment, independently checked, expressed through certification — quietly reinforcing trust at the most vulnerable moment of every guest's stay.

Independently verified

A property doesn't self-certify. The standard is granted, recorded, and audited by the programme.

Earned, not bought

Properties commit to a service cadence with accredited operators. The certificate is the consequence of the work.

Renewed on a published cadence

Certification isn't forever. Every cycle the work is repeated and the certificate is reissued.

Transparent to the guest

Every certified property has a public verification page. Scan the QR or open the URL — the chain is visible.

The property surface

A dedicated workspace, the moment you're certified.

Each certified property is given a Charter Suite — their own workspace inside the operating system. It's where they hold their brand assets, customise their certificate, manage their listing, and share staff training. Not a microsite, not a portal page — a built product.

01

Dashboard

The property's certification at a glance — tier, certified-since date, days until recertification, verify URL, signed agreement.

02

Marketing assets

POS brand marks (light and dark), tier-appropriate Certified badge, QR codes pre-rendered with their charter, full brand pack zip.

03

Certificate customisation

Per-property accent colour, body font, body size, body alignment, optional GM signature in three script styles, logo upload.

04

Listing controls

URL handle, public visibility, region routing. The property controls how they appear in the public directory.

05

Settings

Property contact, public-facing contact, account-holder details, VAT — all maintained by the property, audited in Sentinel.

06

Staff training

Shareable training modules the property manager sends to housekeeping and front-of-house. No login required for staff.

Live example

House Harrod — open the Charter Suite. Click through every tab. What you see is what every certified property holds.

Open Charter Suite
Marketing toolkit

Everything ready to put the certification to work — day one.

Certified properties shouldn't have to design their own assets, write their own copy, or build their own status widget. They get the toolkit. Their job is to use it.

Brand marks

POS wordmark and emblem in light and dark backgrounds, web and print ready, in vector and raster formats.

Tier-appropriate badge

The "POS Assured / Distinguished / Signature" badge matched to the property's tier, for use on their own website and collateral.

QR codes

Pre-rendered with the property's charter number. Three formats — SVG vector, PNG transparent, PNG on white — for any design partner.

Copy library

Pre-written snippets: 50-word and 150-word "About the Standard", footer line, email signature line, social announcement, in-room welcome card.

Live status widget

A small embed snippet a property drops on their own website. Renders a live "certified, last verified [date]" badge that updates automatically.

Charter Suite share links

The Charter Suite itself is a shareable URL. Property manager sends it to their PR / marketing partner without exposing their portal login.

The guest moment

A bedside certificate. A scannable QR. A public verification.

The certificate guests see in the room isn't the marketing — it's the surface of the trust chain. The audit chain itself sits underneath, on a public page anyone can open.

The printed certificate

Signed, dated, customised to the property's brand, displayed in every guest room.

The QR code

Unique per property. Points at the live verification page. No app, no signup — just scan.

The verify page

Public. Shows current standing, recertification date, and the full clinical audit trail.

Programme tiers

Assured. Distinguished. Signature.

Properties join at the tier that matches their service rhythm. Higher tiers mean more frequent service, deeper audit, and stronger guarantees — visible on the certificate, on the verify page, and on the property's directory entry.

Assured

Foundation tier

Quarterly service across every guest bed. Annual recertification. Public verify page and clinical audit trail. For properties beginning a deliberate sleep-hygiene programme.

Signature

Top tier

Highest service frequency. The most complete audit chain, including AFSA endorsement where available. For premium and luxury properties where sleep is part of the experience.

Train your team

A short course your team can read between shifts.

A certified property is only as credible as the staff who can answer when a guest asks. We built a short, brand-aware course specifically for housekeeping and front-of-house — five modules, plain language, shareable by link, no staff login required.

What Peace of Sleep is

The simple positioning — standard, not slogan, earned not bought.

What's happening to the bed

The science in plain language — dust mites, allergens, why visible clean isn't sleep clean.

Why it's different

Why steam cleaning isn't enough. The two-step protocol. Why it has to be regular.

If a guest asks you

Practical scripts. What to say. What never to claim. Where to point a curious guest.

The trust behind the badge

Who CleanMyBed is, the trained operators, the audited equipment, the recertification cycle.

Shareable by link

Property managers share a single URL per module. Staff open it on a tablet in the break room. No login, no tracking, no friction.

Joining

A measured onboarding — not a contract drop.

Properties are invited or apply, then walked through a structured onboarding before their first service. The standard would mean nothing if anyone could buy in. The intake is deliberate.

1

Application or invitation

A property applies through the website, or is introduced by an ambassador. Either path starts the same way.

2

Vetting and tier selection

The property's size, service rhythm, and standards are reviewed. The right tier (Assured / Distinguished / Signature) is agreed.

3

Onboarding and agreement

The participation agreement is signed, the property is registered in Sentinel, and the Charter Suite is provisioned.

4

First clinical service

Accredited operators perform the full protocol on every guest bed. Each service is logged, signed off, and entered into the audit trail.

5

Certification issued

The first Peace of Sleep certificate is generated, printed, and dispatched. The property's verification page goes live.

6

Public directory listing + recertification cycle

The property appears in the regional directory. The recertification cadence begins. The Charter Suite is theirs to use.

The operating system

Built into the platform, not bolted on.

Peace of Sleep isn't a separate product line. It's a brand and a workflow inside Sentinel — the same operating system that runs the CleanMyBed service underneath. Every certification, every service log, every Charter Suite, every operator credential lives in one place. Two brands, one engine.

"A country licensee inherits Peace of Sleep as a second revenue brand, fully built, on day one. Not a roadmap. A running system."

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Peace of Sleep a separate company?

No. Peace of Sleep is the guest-facing assurance brand operated by CleanMyBed. The two brands share an operating system and a service engine — CleanMyBed delivers the work, Peace of Sleep is the standard under which the work is recognised.

What kinds of property qualify?

Hotels, boutique guesthouses, lodges, serviced apartments — any accommodation business that takes its guests' sleep environment seriously. Tier is matched to size and service rhythm. The Distinguished tier covers most boutique and small-to-mid hospitality properties.

Does the property need to install or run any software?

No. The Charter Suite is a hosted workspace. Property staff open a URL in any browser. The optional live status widget on the property's own website is a single-line script tag — no integration, no maintenance.

Can the property customise their own certificate?

Within the framework. Accent colour, body font, body size, text alignment, optional GM signature in a choice of script styles, and a logo upload. The structural elements of the certificate stay constant — customisation reflects the property without compromising the standard.

How do property staff get trained?

The property manager shares a course URL — one for the whole course or one per module — through WhatsApp, email, or however else they communicate with their team. Staff read it on a phone or tablet. No login, no software, no tracking.

What does a country licensee receive on the Peace of Sleep side?

The full brand, the operating system, the certification chain, the Charter Suite product, the brand toolkit, the staff training course, the directory listing infrastructure, and exclusive national rights to sign and certify properties. It runs as a second revenue brand alongside CleanMyBed in the same country.

For prospective licensees

A country licence comes with Peace of Sleep already built.

One licence, two brands, one operating system. The Charter Suite, the certificate chain, the brand toolkit, the staff training, the directory listings — all already running on real properties in DK and ZA. A new country licensee inherits the whole thing on day one.
