Collaboration Terms

1. What This Is

A collaboration lets you share a CleanMyBed benefit with your audience using your own unique code or link. When someone books with it, they receive the agreed customer benefit, and an agreed share of that booking comes back to you, or to a cause you nominate.

2. No Cost, No Commitment

Taking part costs you nothing. There is no fee, no minimum, and no obligation to send any number of bookings. You can take part as much or as little as you like.

3. When a Share Is Earned

A share is earned only when a booking is made with your code and the service is completed and paid for. If a booking does not go ahead, is cancelled, or is refunded, no share arises on it. No completed booking means no payment.

4. How Your Share Is Worked Out

Your share is the percentage or fixed amount agreed with you when your collaboration is set up, calculated for each qualifying booking. We can always show you the exact bookings it is based on.

5. How and When You Are Paid

Earned shares are added up and paid monthly, in our regular payout cycle, after the qualifying bookings are completed and paid. Where your share is directed to a cause, it is paid to that cause in the same way.

6. Transparency

You receive a statement listing the qualifying bookings behind your payment, so the amount can always be checked and there is no dispute.

7. Your Customers

Customers who use your code receive the offer agreed for your collaboration. The service is provided by CleanMyBed under our standard customer terms.

8. Sharing Your Collaboration

You are free to share your link and code with your audience and to use the materials we provide. Please represent CleanMyBed fairly and do not make claims about our service beyond what we publish.

9. Changing or Ending It

Either of us can pause or end the collaboration at any time. Any share already earned on completed, paid bookings up to that point is still honoured.
