Key Terms

Regional Partner (You): You — the national licensee. You hold exclusive rights to operate in Poland, appoint operators, and sell local territory sub-licences.
TO (Territory Owner): A sub-licensee who purchases exclusive rights to operate in a local territory. If a territory is unsold, the RP assumes this role and retains the TO share.
Operator: The field team that delivers the service on-site. Both you and your territory owners hire operators to deliver services.

¹ Total Sales Revenue: 100% of service income generated by all teams (yours + TOs). Calculated as: service value × services per month × total teams. Service value: -
² From your teams: 45% of revenue from teams you operate directly. This is your RP share (30%) plus marketing allocation (15%).

Why These Numbers Are Deliberately Conservative

The licence fee for Poland is calibrated so that a Regional Partner operating at Realistic capacity (40 services/month per team) with a Steady ramp-up recovers the full investment within approximately 30 months. This is not a best-case promise — it is the central, risk-adjusted scenario with every major upside deliberately excluded.

What You Get on Day One

Your licence fee secures immediate access to a proven operating system, proprietary technology platform, the Sentinel management suite, operational playbooks, training programmes, and an established premium brand — intellectual property and infrastructure that would cost hundreds of thousands to develop independently. You are not starting from scratch; you are stepping into a fully built, field-tested business from day one.

Genuine Net Earnings

The earnings figure shown in the calculator is not gross revenue or a vanity metric. It is the genuine net amount remaining after the 40% operator revenue share, 15% CleanMyBed royalty, 15% ring-fenced marketing contribution, and monthly equipment costs have all been deducted. What you see is what you keep.

CleanMyBed's proprietary Sentinel platform is purpose-built to run the entire operation with minimal administrative and staffing overhead. Booking, scheduling, invoicing, customer communication, and reporting are automated from a single dashboard. This is not a franchise that requires a large back-office — the technology does the heavy lifting, keeping your fixed costs low and your margins high.

What the Calculator Deliberately Excludes

Every factor below represents genuine upside that a Regional Partner is likely to realise — but none of it is included in the earnings projection. This is how we ensure the numbers you see represent a floor, not a ceiling.

Territory sale income

Revenue from selling sub-licences to Territory Owners is excluded entirely. At 85% retention on each sale, this represents a significant additional income stream.

~50% of addressable market

The calculator uses the conservative launch target of 38 Territory Owners — roughly half the total addressable market of 75 for Poland.

Peace of Sleep & B2B revenue

All commercial, hospitality, and Peace of Sleep B2B contract revenue is excluded. Hotels, Airbnbs, student accommodation, and healthcare facilities represent an entirely separate revenue channel.

No price escalation

Service pricing is held flat for the full 5-year term. In practice, annual price adjustments aligned with inflation are standard.

No repeat customer effect

The model assumes every service is a new customer acquisition. Retention, referrals, and recurring bookings — which data shows are substantial — are not factored in.

1:1 Territory Owner ratio

The calculator assumes each Territory Owner operates just one team. In practice, established TOs typically scale to multiple teams — doubling or tripling the revenue generated per territory.

No brand equity appreciation

The growing value of your exclusive national licence and established territory network is not reflected in the calculator. Your licence appreciates as the brand grows.

The bottom line: the calculator is engineered to show what you can realistically expect in a disciplined, steady-state operation — with every major upside left on the table. When territory sales, B2B contracts, price escalation, and repeat customers are layered in, actual returns are likely to meaningfully outperform these projections.
