As Co-Founder and COO of CleanMyBed, Gary is responsible for the operational, financial, and technical foundations of the business. His role is simple in principle and demanding in practice: design a business that scales cleanly, protects its IP, and works consistently across countries, partners, and markets.

Gary brings more than three decades of experience across startups, consulting, and executive leadership roles. His career has included founding and operating multiple businesses, advising entrepreneurs, managing acquisitions and disposals, and working at board level with investors and shareholders. This breadth has shaped his core philosophy: clarity beats complexity, and systems beat heroics.

He works closely with the CEO to translate vision into execution — ensuring that growth never outruns control, and that partners inherit a business that is both ambitious and grounded.
