Gary is a builder by nature. Not of hype, but of systems.
As Co-Founder and COO, Gary is responsible for the operational, financial, and technical foundations of the business. His role is simple in principle and demanding in practice: design a business that scales cleanly, protects its IP, and works consistently across countries, partners, and markets.
Gary brings more than three decades of experience across startups, consulting, and executive leadership roles. His career has included founding and operating multiple businesses, advising entrepreneurs, managing acquisitions and disposals, and working at board level with investors and shareholders.
