A quiet way for the Rustenburg Girls community to look after their homes, improve sleep and health, and to open the school's doors to the girls who will follow them.

The Rustenburg Alumnae have arranged a preferred CleanMyBed service for old girls, current parents, and the wider Rustenburg Girls community. A share of every booking comes back to the Altius et Latius Trust, the bursary fund that brings a Rustenburg education within reach of girls whose families could not otherwise afford it.

An invitation from the Alumnae

Rustenburg Girls has been part of Cape Town since 1894, a community of old girls, current parents, and families who have sent their daughters to Rustenburg for well over a century.

We have arranged with CleanMyBed, the medical-grade mattress sanitising service, to offer this community a preferred rate. Every booking through this page also contributes to the Altius et Latius Trust, the bursary fund that opens a Rustenburg education to girls from financially disadvantaged backgrounds.

About the Alumnae

The Rustenburg Alumnae keep the old girls of Rustenburg Girls' Schools connected to each other and to the schools, through reunions, events, news, and the Alumnet networking database. Membership spans generations and reaches old girls across the world.

The Alumnae's bursary work is carried by the Altius et Latius Trust, which funds education for talented learners from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. The purpose is simple: that a Rustenburg education should be open to a girl on the strength of her promise rather than the means of her family.

Over 130 years on, that work is one of the quiet ways the Alumnae make sure Rustenburg's next chapters look like its first: explore, lead, belong.
