A quiet way for the Herzlia community to look after their homes, and to make sure no Jewish child is denied a Jewish education for want of means.

The Herzlia Foundation Trust has arranged a preferred CleanMyBed service for the Herzlia community, its families, alumni, and friends. A share of every booking goes to the Foundation, which provides bursaries and secures the future of United Herzlia Schools.

An invitation from the Foundation

Herzlia was built on a simple idea, captured in the words above its gates: if you will it, it is no dream. The Herzlia Foundation Trust exists to keep that promise open to every child, whatever their family's means.

We have arranged with CleanMyBed, the medical-grade mattress sanitising service, to offer the Herzlia community a preferred rate. Every booking through this page also contributes to the Herzlia Foundation Trust.

About the Foundation Trust

The Herzlia Foundation Trust future-proofs United Herzlia Schools through an Endowment Fund, so that no Jewish child is denied a Jewish education for genuine financial reasons, and so the schools can keep enhancing what they offer.

The Foundation provides bursaries to any Jewish child in genuine need, funds academic programmes and facilities, helps attract and retain excellent staff, and strengthens the bond with Herzlia alumni around the world.

It is a separate, registered Public Benefit Organisation with a single beneficiary, United Herzlia Schools, governed by its Trustees and independently audited each year.

  • Do I have to be a current Herzlia parent to use this?

    No. The preferred rate is open to the wider Herzlia community, including current and past families, alumni, staff, and anyone the Foundation wishes to share it with.

  • How does the contribution work?

    Ten percent of every CleanMyBed booking made through this page is paid to the Herzlia Foundation Trust as part of CleanMyBed's monthly settlement, supporting its bursary and endowment work.

  • Is the service identical to a standard CleanMyBed booking?

    Yes. Same trained operators, same medical-grade equipment, same dry process, same digital certificate. The collaboration changes how the booking value is distributed, not the service you receive.

  • Where does CleanMyBed operate?

    Across the Western Cape and a growing list of South African territories. The booking page will confirm availability in your area before you commit.

  • Is my contribution tax-deductible?

    Your CleanMyBed booking is a commercial transaction and CleanMyBed does not issue tax receipts. The Herzlia Foundation Trust is a registered Public Benefit Organisation and issues Section 18A certificates for donations made to it directly, so questions about that are best directed to the Foundation.
